On September 13, the 2022 Forbes China ● Global 100 Outstanding Chinese was released. Zhou Zhiliang, the post-90s Dongguaner and president of ATIF's investment department, was on the list.

A total of 100 outstanding global Chinese representatives in business and cultural fields from Americas, Europe, Asia, Oceania and other regions have been selected. Zhou Zhiliang is one of the young representatives.

Zhou's growth was accompanied by the rise of Dongguan's manufacturing industry. After graduating from junior high school, he traveled abroad to study in the United States, and later became a senior executive of ATIF, an international corporate financial service organization. After years of work experience, he gradually developed an ambition to provide stable international financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises in his hometown, Dongguan, with the knowledge and experience he has learned.
周治良的成长伴随着东莞制造业的兴起，初中毕业后，他远涉重洋到美国求学，后成为了国际性企业金融服务机构ATIF的高层管理人员。周治良经过多年的工作历练，逐渐萌生了要利用学到的知识和经验为家乡的中小企业提供稳健的国际融资渠道的志向。

Nowadays, Dongguan has an advanced manufacturing system and a complete industrial chain, which is home to 190,000 industrial enterprises, 11,000 industrial enterprises above designated size, 7,387 national high-tech enterprises, 234 industrial SMEs with the characteristics of "specialization, refinement, peculiarity and novelty", 71 listed enterprises, 24 enterprises with sales revenue over RMB10 billion, and 3 enterprises with sales revenue over RMB100 billion. Among the 41 major industrial categories in China, Dongguan has over 60,000 products in 34 major categories, of which its electronic information industry cluster has reached a scale of nearly one trillion RMB. The number of market entities exceeded 1.5 million. The city’s comprehensive competitiveness of scientific and technological innovation is in the top 20 in the country.

The high degree of export-oriented industry is a distinctive feature of Dongguan's economy. In his work, Zhou is well aware of the importance of capital liquidity for manufacturing and technological innovation enterprises. He believes that Dongguan enterprises with a solid foundation are about to embrace the spring of international capital.

At ATIF, Zhou is currently responsible for the overall management of business promotion, corporate investment, and global operations. Since serving in ATIF, with his rich corporate management knowledge and investment management experience, Zhou has led the company out of the haze of the epidemic in 2021 and achieved rapid growth. In 2022, he successfully helped ATIF sign investment and listing service agreements for dozens of outstanding local companies. He had founded Gnisco Consulting Company, a cross-border business consulting company, and helped several Chinese manufacturing companies successfully expand into the US market.
